We want you to love how your Cover Story pieces transform your space. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below:
Refunds Allowed: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original method of payment. No store credits are issued. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

The Beauty of Handcrafted Variations: Please keep in mind that hand block printing inherently features subtle variations in color, alignment, and pattern. These unique stamps of human artistry are not considered defects, but rather the signature charm that makes your piece one-of-a-kind.

Initiating a Refund: To start a return for refund, please reach out to our support team at  marketing@shopcoverstory.ca with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement promptly.
